CONCRETE LIFTING

HOW WE LIFT & STABILIZE

Stevens Concrete Lifting permanently lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane foam. Small (dime-sized) holes are drilled into the concrete, and a structural grade polymer is injected under the slab. This expanding foam fills any voids lifting, levelling and stabilizing your concrete slab.

STEP 1

Strategically drill small 5/8" (dime size) holes around the areas where the concrete has sunken and requires lifting.

STEP 2

Install injection ports.

The concrete lifting equipment is contained in a truck and has sufficient length of hose to accommodate most locations, the hose is extended to reach the area in need of repair.

STEP 3

Polyurethane foam is injected through the injection ports which fills the space underneath the concrete slab. It is the weight of the concrete itself that drives the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original, correct level.

STEP 4

Grout and seal holes to ensure a long-lasting seal.

Your concrete is now restored and the repair is hardly noticeable.

Most concrete lifting jobs will take only a few hours - start to finish - and your concrete will be ready for use immediately upon completion!

If your concrete is cracked or uneven, Stevens Concrete Lifting can help. Concrete Lifting often costs half of replacing concrete.

If you have a settling concrete driveway, patio, sidewalk, or pool deck, in most cases your best repair option is to have it lifted rather than replaced. Uneven settlement causes serious tripping hazards which can lead to injuries and liability claims. Over time this may become an even bigger expense to fix. Trust Stevens Concrete Lifting to get you back on level ground.
